The preliminary discussions that precede the approval process for planning are a standard phase, designed to facilitate communication and exploration between applicants and planning authorities before a formal submission is made. These consultations aid in clarifying the key aspects of the plan and offer guidance on relevant policies and requirements. However, such exchanges do not guarantee that the formal application will ultimately be approved or endorsed.
