The expansion of DILB is inextricably linked to an area situated near both the A-3 and M-45 highways, which is designed to accommodate approximately 22,000 residential units. The reallocation of plots completed in 2023 and the subsequent formal registration of these plots a few months later propelled the project from the planning phase to a stage where owners could develop, sell, or transfer the land. Amidst this backdrop, as previously reported, the company transferred the plots to the Compensation Committee—a body comprising landowners—and received approximately 2.1 million euros in return, with the intention of reinvesting in the urbanization of the future district.

In a February report by Foro Consultores Inmobiliarios, the company revealed that among the newly constructed homes available for purchase in these development ventures, over half, totaling 1136 units, are attributed to this particular project, marking a 39.4% increase from the previous year. The pricing trajectory mirrors this growth. As of January 2026, the cost of newly built detached homes reached an average of 4061 euros per square meter, a 11.2% increase from the previous 12 months, translating to approximately 390,000 euros per unit. Nonetheless, this figure remains below that of El Canyamel, where the average price stood at approximately 427,000 euros at the time the report was published.
